Problem\nSymbol pin row controls become cramped and partially unusable at common viewport widths.\n\nAcceptance\n- Two-row responsive layout for pin rows\n- No horizontal clipping at >=1366px width\n- Maintain keyboard and mouse accessibility for pin reorder/remove\n- Add visual regression screenshot at desktop and laptop breakpoints

Addressed in commit 9a21e11 by redesigning symbol pin rows into a two-row responsive layout and improving button spacing/accessibility.
